Patient aged 64 and male, has been having progressive skin changes (discoloration and dryness) plus swelling (pitting) around both ankles since past two years, he is obese (100 kg, ht.5 feet 5 inches) with past history of high bp since 5 years, was on amlodipine but shifted to telmisartan since 6 months, has history of smoking since 40 years, quit smoking since 1 year. No other medical problem, all regular blood reports done and were found to be within normal limits, colour venous doppler was also done, the reports of which are in the image plus images of the foot are also attached.
