A 6-yr-old boy comes with high grade fever, weakness and common cold. Rx starts with antibiotic, anti-allergic, and paracetamol as usual. But after 3 days of treatment, fever didn't go.

I advised for CBC, mp-pm and typhoid. All reports are normal but fever still came regularly. What can be the diagnosis for this condition?
