A 28 yrs old boy found dead in the room. There was no external injury. A blood clot in both nostril. Internal organ congested stomach contains around 50 ml brownish liquid. The room had vomitus.
On opening brain after cutting meninges unclotted blood came out from after cutting meninges in the midline, there was no clotted blood. Posteriorly in the occipital region, there was around 50 ml unclotted blood. There was no clotted blood inside the brain. Can unclotted blood rules out brain haemorrhage?
