Tirzepatide, a medication for obesity , has demonstrated significant weight loss effects in adults; however, its efficacy in postmenopausal women and the potential impact of concurrent menopause hormone therapy (MHT) remain unclear. To address this gap, a real-world study evaluated the association of tirzepatide use with weight loss in 120 postmenopausal women, comparing those using MHT concurrently (1 cohort; n = 40) to those using tirzepatide alone (1 cohort; n = 80). Over a median duration of 18 months, concurrent use of menopause hormone therapy with tirzepatide significantly increased total body weight loss (17% vs. 14%) and a higher proportion of women achieved at least 20% weight loss (45% vs.
