42 year female underwent open total abdominal hysterectomy in spinal anaesthesia for dub. No operative and post operative complications seen. Pt had slight spotting on fifth post opr day which is persisting till day 12. IV antibiotics ,and botropace given.

douche given. Day 9 shows small organised clot 4x2.5 cm. Pt is afebrile, normal stool ,and normal urinary habits. What should be done to stop bleeding?
