A 45 year old female hypertensive and post prandial hyperglycaemia takes Voglibose 0.3 mg once daily and Telmisartan, Amlodipine combination. Blood glucose and BP under control. But patient complaining of flatulence, acidity early satiety.

Patient had non alcoholic fatty liver disease. What medication instead of Voglibose can be prescribed?
