A pregnant woman presented with severe pain in both lower limbs, intense enough to disturb her sleep and daily comfort. Due to concerns about the safety of medications during pregnancy, she preferred to avoid drug therapy and managed some relief with external oil application. During pregnancy, imaging investigations were limited because many radiological modalities are contraindicated, except MRI. As a result, detailed evaluation was deferred.

Now that her symptoms have improved, it is important to plan a post-pregnancy assessment, such as an X-ray of the lumbosacral spine, to rule out any underlying pathology and guide further management if needed. This case highlights the importance of reassessing patients with suspected sciatica approximately three months after delivery to ensure proper diagnosis and future treatment planning.
