Recently in a single week, I came across our referred patients sent for CABG, had bad experiences. In an hospital in the tip of our country, a patient was opened up after CABG twice for some further procedures. In another two hospitals situated north of our place- one, a branch of international fame ,another attached to a medical college, two patients were once again opened up once more.I do not want to go into the details of the cases purposefully. My point is I feel there is a lacunae in the technique and the efficiency of the concerned team as well as post operative care.
