The authentic source of information in treatment of patients are Medical Text Books, Indexed medical journals, Standard treatment guidelines, and authentic websites. I have heard doctors working in higher medical institutions that they investigate and treat patients in terms of medication ,doses and duration as per Harrison's Text Book of Medicine.

My query is:- Full compliance of available guidelines are sufficient in treating every patient or case wise, can these be changed? Please share.
