Recently, there was news about a mentally ill alleged criminal who opened fire in a Bangalore hospital, while he was there for a medical checkup. This incident made me think about the necessity of setting up telemedicine clinics in Jail. Also, if the criminal is to be brought to any hospital for checkup, extra precautions should be taken, as such incidences may affect other patients in the hospital.
