Patient’s satisfaction is important in hospital care. Prediction of patient satisfaction can be obtained from questionnaires. However, as with other measurement instruments, patient satisfaction questionnaires must be tested for validity and reliability. This article includes data obtained from surveys or questionnaires carried out different studies.
Method for collecting data: Patient satisfaction was analyzed according to the literature on service-related factors, demographic and psychosocial variables. Studies that were analyzed were commonly cross-sectional studies and data had been collected via interviewer-administered and self-administered questionnaires.
