A 19-year-old girl brought with behavioural changes such as claiming she is pregnant, stitching clothes for unborn baby, using special diets and walking carefully in order to avoid any harm to the baby. On examination, she found repeating her claim that she is pregnant in spite of having regular cycles, she can sense her baby moving inside the abdomen, taking stethoscope from a table and asking permission to hear her babies heart beat herself (she had seen her cousin doctor doing so to her patients). Euthymic, PMA adequate. Talk relevant and coherent.
