A 24 years G3P2 came with six month of amenorrhea. She is a diagnosed case of Sheehan's syndrome and on prednisolone 20mg and levothyroxine 100 microgram daily. On USG it shows 14 weeks intrauterine gestation.

Patient wants termination of pregnancy if there is any risk for foetus or her. What would you advice further?
