Synopsis Kidney impairment in addition to the treatment regimen associated with Anti-Retroviral Treatment (ART) requires early initiation of ART treatment. Also, there can be substantial changes in the kidney functioning in lieu of the treatment which requires monitoring. The study highlights the effectiveness of early ART initiation before Kidney impairment.
