I am facing a new problem in Cataract surgery. During Capsulorhexis after giving nick in the capsule as I try to lift the flap, there is tearing of capsule at the central end of nick instead of peripheral end and after that it becomes a big problem or for Capsulorhexis.

Please advise how can I override it?
