I was born to be a teacher. Army couldn't provide me many opportunities to fulfill my desire to be a teacher but after retirement, I found my calling at ISACON. Indian society of Anaesthesiologists gave me a warm welcome and I never looked back. I was chosen to be a speaker at various ISA national conferences back to back and my lectures can be easily viewed on YouTube.
Good teachers form strong relationships with their students and show that they care about them as people. Good teachers are warm, accessible, enthusiastic, and caring. And yes, good teacher learns definitely something from his own students. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
