I had been operated for diffuse PVNS. It was done via arthroscopy and the posterior compartment was not thoroughly assessed.

I searched through literature and it says recurrence is a rule. As this a rare disease what are your experiences about its incidence, progression and any suggestion to prevent recurrence?
