of 12.5 kg came to my OPD wid symptoms of dry cough and malaise for 3 days.h/o worms stool not clear. On examination throat congested and mild tonsillar enlargement..chest occ.crept rt.lower chest,temp.99 CBC-Eiosinophil 16% ESR-23   AEC-2976/cumm   X ray attached ,stool report awaited....kindly comment if fits into Lofflers syndrome
