Lower respiratory tract disease can be one of the predisposing factor for Cardiac pain abnormalities as both heart and lungs are dependent on each other. As a routine for a chest pain patient we are advising ECG, TMT, Stress ECG, TMT, cardiac CT, cardiac Angiography, cardiac enzymes, lipid profile etc which all are meant to evaluate cardiac disease.
