Secretory carcinoma (SC) , previously known as mammary analog secretory carcinoma (MASC) , is a rare tumor of the salivary gland. SC and MASC have similar histopathological and cytogenic features. Before its classification as a salivary gland tumor, SC was diagnosed as acinic cell carcinoma (AciCC). However, there are certain differences between the two, like the serous acinar cells with cytoplasmic periodic acid schiff (PAS)-positive zymogen-like granules are absent in SC. The main treatment for the management of SC includes surgical resection, followed by adjuvant therapy such as postoperative radiotherapy (PORT).

Around 34 cases of SC and 17 cases of SC of the upper lip have been reported to date. Answer the following question on the test for the diagnosis of secretory carcinoma. Which test is used for the definite diagnosis of secretory carcinoma? A. Morphological analysis B.โ€ฆ
