A 50-year-old young man whose hypertension was under control developed a severe headache and was detected to have a subarachnoid hemorrhage. There was no aneurysm by an angiogram. He is neurologically stable except for his unrelieved headache.
Can I have suggestions on medications to relieve his headache? He is on paracetamol, tramadol paracetamol combination, flunarizine, and antiepileptics prescribed by his neurologist.
