Case presentation An 80-year-old Caucasian male presented to the hospital with a symptomatic and progressively growing lesion on the dorsum of the right foot. The patient noticed the lesion at the first intermetatarsal space of the right foot 10 years ago for the first time.
He has persistent irritation and difficulty in wearing footwear.
