Highlights Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is the fourth leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women. The study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of external beam radiotherapy (RT) for isolated recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer. RT showed significant antitumor effect against isolated recurrent EOC without causing severe toxicities.
