Choroidal Osteomas are benign intraocular tumors, that are classically present in females. Due to retinal pigment epithelium degeneration, significant visual acuity loss can occur. This article discusses a case of bilateral choroidal osteoma in a young boy where the role of anti-VEGF therapy (using ranibizumab) to reduce the permeability of choroidal vessels was evaluated.

Case: A healthy 16-year-old boy was presented to the ophthalmology clinic for bilateral deteriorating vision over the past few weeks.
