Recurrent nasal furuncles since one year in F 32 yrs. Not diabetic, healthy. It forms scabs after healing. very painful.

Now there is permanent painful dry scabby area inside both nostrils furuncles occuring once a month. Naseptin cream was prescribed but with no results. Can anyone suggest diagnosis and treatment for the above? Thank you
