I have got a 26 year old sterility patient husband normal.amh and lo low.fsh high.gets periods only with harmons. Tubes patent.tried with clomiphene and hmg.no follicles.tried with pure fsh 300 and hmg 15 with antagonist protocol.opu 6 grade eggs retrieved.icsi done. 2 fertilised day 3 et done with 6 cells compact embryos.endometrium prepared with progynova and modus for 6 cycles.did not conceive. not willing for egg donation or surrogacy. Whether iui can be tried with sphere and letrozole.if so in what dose.and duration.whether we can try letrozole in india for filliculogenesis.
