A 20 year old patient had IUD in 1st pregnancy at 5th month, 20 days ago. No congenital anamolies of uterus made my MRI. In torch panel Rubella IgG. Reactive more than 500. IgM negative. CMV.

IgG reactive. 53 and IGM reactive 1.10. I would like to know whether patient need any tt for Cmv now and in next pregnancy. If so what drug, dose, duration and how often to be repeated.
