There is a young 22 yrs old pt who is known case of ulcerative colitis for last 2-3 years and she is under Prednisolone and mesalamine. Currently, she has primary infertility and she has normal Hormonal profile ( FSH, LH, TSH, prolactin and AMH) and ovulation induction has been done thrice but no result so far. Next plan is diagnostic hystero-laparoscopy. Semen analysis normal.
What could be a better plan for this patient ? And is there any relation between UC or its medicine with primary infertility? Please give your suggestions.
