Dear friends, I would like to ask a question that how ethical is to treat a medical case (dengue fever with shock) by a specialist (MD medicine) admitted under a general practitioner (MBBS) or specialist of other field ( e.g surgeon) and if some medical complication occur who is responsible the admitting general practitioner or a medical specialist? Mind the fact that medical specialist did not deny this patient admission to his side. Or such patients admission by an MBBS or MS(surgery) was wrong.

And MD medicine must insist to admit such cases to his side And what if primary GP denies the same? Kindly give your valuable comment on this as this is a very common practice in private sector, small as well as bigger hospitals.
