Pt g4p1Lo with h/o repeated blighted ovum, now 6 weeks. U/S shows yolk sac, no fetal pole yet. MSD not commented in USG report, have started her on folic acid and susten 100 mg bd.

How should I follow up this patient further? Pt is from poor background cannot refer her to experts. Wat best can I do as a general practitioner?
