Patient aged 60 years his initial bp was 190/120 mmHg. He is asymptomatic and he has done coronary angioplasty 1 year before and he is on tab bisoprolol 5mg od, tab enalapril 10 mg od and tab aspirin 81mg, tab clopidogrel 75mg, tab atorvastatin 20 mg tab trimetazidine bid he came walking to ER for bp control we gave tab losartan 80 mg stat and bp was brought down to 140/90mmhg and after 2 days he came to ER complaining of hematuria and high bp how to control his blood pressure urine analysis shows many RBC's and minimal pus cells Kindly enlighten on BP control.
