As on date, the concept of reversible heart failure or cure for heart failure is an unknown entity except in valvular heart diseases where corrective surgery helps the heart to recover. Recently I came across a female patient aged 58 years with features of CCF and echo showing global hypokinesia of left ventricle with EF 45% and right ventricle and right atrium enlargement with moderate mitral regurgitation as reported on 8.01.2019. USG Abdomen taken on 04.01.2019 showing gross ascities and bilateral pleural effusion suggestive of severe CCF.

Apart from dual anti platelets, diuretics, statins, ARNI drug namely Sacubitril with Valsartan 50 mg was given and patient stabilized and discharged.
