My younger sister age 29 having abdominal pain since 2-3 months and fever since 10 days, usg shows gall bladder stones, after fever subside doctor decided to laparoscopic surgery to remove stones, as surgery start doctor examine spots at abdominal wall. Doctors stop the surgery and takes sample for biopsy. I have attached some picture of the spots present at abdominal wall.

Plz suggest the diagnosis. Thank you.
