Recently I have come across a primigravida patient of 30 years age who is working abroad. The expected date of delivery is mid - April 2016. Her both parents are HIV + ve and are being treated with appropriate drugs. The primigravida lady is HIV - ve.

The problem is that the parents want to visit her daughter's place during the child delivery. Although the parents are being treated, they are active HIV carriers. What should be the medical and social advice in this regard?
