A rare case of Chordoma was treated by a rare surgical technique at Hospital of University of Pennsylvania. In this case, the patient was diagnosed with chordoma located at C2 vertebra. A multidisciplinary team of physicians performed a complex resection surgery, where the tumour was removed in its entirety through the patient’s mouth. In this case, Trans Oral-Robotic (TORS) approach was used to clear the path before for tumour removal.
