Dear sir, I wrote following complaints to MCI on 5/1/2010 but could not get any reply from it. May I know the opinion from our members of Docplexus. What action would you take against those who are not registered member of medical council and practice in allopathy? According to the council act 15 -1,2,3 you have to take action against them as the bar council doing wonderful job for their members.The bar council are taking legal action against those who are not member of council. Why are you not taking action non member prescribing allopathic medicine.
I think Mci ' job is to recognize inefficient medical collages for some unknown reasons. Even the Apex court had condemned MCI's attitudes towards law but even today it is not doing its job properly. If you are not taking any action according to the act what is the use of this act. Repeal them from the MCI. Please …
