Hypertension after kidney transplant is a frequent occurrence in pediatric patients. It is a major risk factor for graft loss and contributes to the significant burden of cardiovascular disease in this population. Therefore, timely management is warranted to avoid complications in these patients. This article briefly describes approaches for effective management of hypertension in pediatric kidney transplant recipients.
