Highlights Stenting is an effective treatment for pulmonary artery stenosis (PS) associated with congenital heart diseases (CHD). Palmaz stent may be discontinued in Japan due to off-label use. Cheatham-Platinum (CP) stents are safe and effective stents for postoperative PS associated with CHD.
