26 yr old hypothyroid on treatment with ms 8 yr. H/o 1 spontaneous abortion 6 yr back (no details available). Rest everything normal. Watched for a spontaneous cycle. With et 7.3 mm on day 12 with rupture of follicle on d12. On the 11 follicle size was 16.5 mm.

Tried giving siphene 100 mg in next cycle. Et remained very thin with follicle of 21 mm on day 7, ruptured in day 8. Kindly opine what should I do next? I am thinking of giving vaginal sildenafil 25 mg hs from d2. What else to do?
