A 55 year old post menopausal female with pho operated for CA breast +chemotherapy 12 years back. She was regular follow up with Oncophysician including memography with negative result yearly. Few months back she developed lower abdominal pain. USG show bulky uterus repeated again with same finding. TVS showed some mass in braoad ligaments. MRI ABDOMEN done, it shows rounded mass measuring about 2*2*2 cms proximal to both ovaries in broad ligaments. Bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy done by laparoscopy.
ICS shows High grade serous Ca ovaries with uterine myometrial invasion of uterus, with cervix and bilateral adenexa (pT2a). PAT SCAN show involvement of L.N. in lumbar region.
