A 50-year-old male suffering from motor neuron disease from past 30 years, who is bed-ridden, now at least wants to just sit up in the chair. He cannot move his lower limbs and left upper limb, but his right hand is ok. He has locked jaw, but is able to speak. He can move his neck, but lately it tends to be getting fixed in flexed position towards the right. He has tried ayurvedic, homeopathy and everything else. He previously used to take prednisolone on and off to get relieved of the pain and "tight feeling", but knowing the side-effect profile he stopped it now.
He is a maths teacher. I used to take tuitions from him. He is not even paid the pension he deserves, though he has sent many mails to the concerned authorities.
