A 76 yr old patient with long standing history of IHD had undergone CABG 8 years back, now posted for repair of left sided an inguinal hernia, his echo findings were Gr1 MR, TR and AR, RWMA of ventricles and moderate systolic dysfunction, left ventricle E F- 27% ECG findings are VPCs and complete LBBB. Ventricular ectopics have been managed by oral Cordarone.
Now suggestions are solicited about the type of Anaesthesia most suited for this case. What should be the choice of type of anaesthesia for this case?
