Severe PIH with reverse diastolic flow in pregnancy

33 weeks pregnancy with IUGR with increased SD ratio and early diastolic notching in uterine artery. BP maintained at 140/90 mmHg with Labetalol.

Platelet count is normal. LET(S) are normal.
