Honorable Supreme Court judgement on Sexual Harassment at work places is absolutely clear and stringent rules are framed to deter people indulging in such activities. It reminds me of a case while I was in service wherein a Senior Doctor, who was the Head of a service hospital was charged with the offence of sexual harassment by a nurse . She had gone to his office to discuss something in the working hours in day time. Suddenly, she started crying and came out of the office, alleging unwanted conduct on the part of her boss.
Later, while enquiry was on, she filed a case in Honorable High Court of AP. All persons blamed by this lady employee were fined by the Court immediately and it took years before coming out clean from the allegations.
