Sometimes, we all have few patients visiting our clinics that we do not want to treat. It may be due to various reasons like continuous non-compliance on the patient's part, or the nature of few patients to interfere with the treatment regime (because internet provides accurate information, doctor experience means nothing). I wanted to know if doctors should have the right to choose their patients, and refuse treatment to some patients?
It is legal? Please let me know your suggestions and experiences.
