11 year old male child with sudden onset left shoulder pain No h/o fever, sore throat fall injury or trauma H/o similar pain 1 week back but resolved within 2 days only with pain killer. Markers slightly raised CRP 32 and ESR 58. All other reports normal including CBC, brucellosis, widal ANC. MRI done showed.

Subdeltoid bursa filled with effusion. Child is on Augmentin for past 10 days. Pain reduced but unable to completely lift his arm and some limitation of movements at shoulder joint.
