Significance Of Abnormal Female Karyotype In The Context Of Pregnancy

A lady,28 yrs old,had IUFD at term, vag.delivery (PIH) & 2nd pregnancy was Partial Molar one, confirmed by  HPE , postevacuation. Done on 09-08-14.During last 11/2 yrs followup serum Bhcg showed normal level, last done on 04-03-16.In 2014,S.TSH was normal but it was 7.83 on 4-3-16.

Her KARYOTYPE done on 16-3-16(though advised earlier) commented as FEMALE KARYOTYPE with the Presence of increase in the length of the STALK on the short arm of chr.22 & Her partner karyotype came to be normal type.Now, they want conception. Please suggest some management for this.
