This comes to me from my Foreign colleague who sent me this over mail, would like to have your opinions on same "56-year-old patient, who has spent his youth as a lifeguard in the sun. During the last years he was repeatedly admitted because of squamous cell cancer of the head, neck, arms, hands and both legs. His face, head, scalp and neck are affected by solar / actinic keratosis. Various treatments have been carried out over the years, mostly with liquid nitrogen. I have sometimes seen the patient after treatment: it seemed good to address it, but it always came back. He has recently re-developed in several places Cancer I've then removed. All rather superficial and not very widespread.
