A 50-year old male had traumatic Diaphragmatic Hernia, and Haemopneumo Thorax. On 2nd June he was admitted to ICU at Trauma Care Center in Parbhani with trauma over the chest and upper Abdomen, his SpO2 was failing, PR 120, BP 90/60, ICD was placed, and operated successfully by Dr Garole sir.
