A 23 year old primi undergoes LSCS 3 days back, comes with a history of Gr-4 haemorroids seemingly from last 15 years; no particular treatment taken for the same. When would you post her for haemorroidectomy? Why?

Should there be a gap between consecutive, if yes why, how much? If not, why? What are the other modalities of treatment available?
